This Privacy Policy explains how MapLovin Company Limited (“MapLovin”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use MX by MapLovin (“MX”), our websites and related support services.

Information we collect

Account information (name, email, company, role), information you connect from Google when you choose to authorize it (Google account identifiers and profile information, Google Business Profile accounts, locations, listing content, reviews and replies, and available performance data), and usage/support information needed to operate MX.

Google user data

MX’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide the MX features described to you, never for advertising, and we do not sell it.

How we use information

To create and administer accounts and workspaces, connect and synchronize authorized business locations, display reviews and available performance information, prepare manual or AI-assisted reply drafts, manage approvals and audit history, perform actions you request or approve, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

How we share information

With service providers who help operate MX (hosting, database, authentication, analytics, support, AI-processing), with connected business-listing providers when you request or approve an action, and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide MX, meet legal and audit obligations, and resolve disputes. Disconnecting a provider stops future access but does not automatically delete information already stored in MX.

Account and data deletion

You may request deletion of your MX account and associated personal information, or revoke a connected Google account, at any time by emailing privacy@maplovin.com from the address linked to your account. Include your account email and company/workspace name. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we normally acknowledge requests within 24 hours.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal information, and to withdraw consent. Contact privacy@maplovin.com to exercise a right.

Security

We use administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information. No online service is completely secure; please protect your own login credentials.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as MX changes, including when we add new providers or features. We will update the “Last updated” date above and provide additional notice when required.
