Terms of Service — MX by MapLovin

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of MX by MapLovin (“MX”), provided by MapLovin Company Limited, 76/19 Bach Dang, Binh Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (+84 336 061 307, support@maplovin.com). By creating an account or using MX, you agree to these Terms.
The service
MX is a business-location management platform. Depending on your plan, MX may help you connect authorized business-listing accounts, organize locations, view reviews and available performance data, prepare replies, propose and approve listing changes, and manage users and approvals. MX currently supports Google Business Profile and may add other providers over time.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use MX for legitimate business purposes. Free account creation is available to any user, subject to usage, location, user and feature limits.
Connected providers
You authorize MX to access and process information within the permissions you grant when connecting Google or another supported provider. You represent that you are authorized to access each connected account and location. Connected providers are independent third parties; their availability, policies and limits are outside MapLovin’s control. MX is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
Acceptable use
You must not use MX to violate law or third-party rights, access an account or location without authorization, submit deceptive or unlawful content, bypass usage limits or security controls, or interfere with MX or a connected provider’s systems.
AI-assisted features
MX may provide AI-assisted drafts, analyses or recommendations. This output may be incomplete or inaccurate, is not professional advice, and should be reviewed before use. You remain responsible for decisions and submissions based on it.
Plans and payment
MX may offer Free, invited, paid or enterprise plans with different limits. If paid services are introduced, the fees and billing terms shown at purchase apply.
Privacy and deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and is part of these Terms. To request account closure or deletion of associated personal information, email privacy@maplovin.com from the address linked to your account.
Disclaimers and liability
MX is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MapLovin is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for connected-provider outages, restrictions or data delays, and MapLovin’s total liability arising from MX will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid MapLovin for MX in the prior 12 months or USD 100.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using MX and request account closure at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, security or legal risk, or as required by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Courts with jurisdiction in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam have exclusive jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal or commercial changes. We will update the “Last updated” date above and provide notice of material changes where required.
